Fitness is what you can to perform a physical activity. Everyone has limits to their fitness, like located on a certain "fitness level". Fitness difficult once you obtain the health part off. You can train fitness and once you are feeling good, you can improve your body and make it as fit as muscular it to be more. Fitness levels range from people who get winded upon rising to people who can run a marathon in 2 hours and 15 minutes ( and that's a woman's time!).
